Lower Mustang

Itinerary

Day 01Drive from Kathmandu to Beni
- Early morning pick-up and start of Mustang tour.
- Drive along Prithivi Highway via Naubise, Kurintar, and small towns.
- Reach Pokhara, continue driving via Kushma to Beni.
- Lunch en route, dinner, and overnight stay at Hotel Taj/Hotel Dolphin, Beni.
Day 02Drive from Beni to Marpha via Tatopani
- Morning departure from Beni after breakfast.
- Drive through Kaligandhaki gorge, passing villages like Lete, Ghasa, and Marpha (known for apple farming and brandy).
- Leisure time to explore Dhumba Lake.
- Breakfast at hotel, lunch en route, dinner, and overnight stay at Hotel Orchard, Marpha.
Day 03Marpha to Jomsom, Muktinath, and Back to Pokhara
- Breakfast at hotel and drive to Jomsom and Jharkot Village.
- Visit Muktinath (Hindu & Buddhist pilgrimage site) and purify with 108 Dhara water.
- Explore Extension Bridge and Baglung Kalika Mandir.
- Breakfast at hotel, lunch en route, dinner, and overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 04Pokhara Exploration
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Morning boating to Taal Barahi Temple.
- Visit Davis Fall and either Pumdikot or Shanti Stupa.
- Breakfast at hotel, lunch en route, dinner, and overnight stay at Hotel Himalayan Inn/Royal Image/Hotel Miracle, Pokhara.
Day 05Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Lunch in route.
- End of the tour.
